WHAT ABOUT THE TRANSFERS- ARE THEY IRON-ONS THAT I COULD GET MYSELF AT WAL*MART? Absolutely not. We use professional-grade, top-dollar heat transfers that are designed to be used with a heat press. We do not use an iron as we prefer to make long-lasting, professional products.

CAN YOU PUT MY NAME ON THE TRANSFER? Yes, almost all of our transfers have room to add your name to it, but we would choose where on the transfer it would be placed. No extra charge.

CAN YOU PUT THE TRANSFER ON THE BACK OF THE SHIRT INSTEAD OF THE FRONT? Sure, and at no extra charge, but if you want it on BOTH sides, it would cost an additional $5.

I SEE THE 12 COLORS YOU OFFER... BUT ARE OTHER COLORS AVAILABLE? Absolutely- if you need another color and you don't mind waiting an extra 3 days, we can get anything from purple to mud brown to orange.

WHAT SIZE ARE THE SHIRT TRANSFERS? It depends on the design- they're all different. If we posted a photo of your design on a t-shirt, that's the actual size of the transfer. Some are larger than others, but if you want a certain size we can make any transfer smaller, and the largest size we can enlarge a transfer to is 8-1/2" x 11". DO YOU SELL JUST THE TRANSFERS? If you have a heat press to use it with, we will sell any transfer for $5.99 + $2. shipping.

DO YOU MAKE MOUSEPADS, TOO? Yes, we can make a mousepad from any design on our site. They have a natural rubber base with a bright white, high-resolution polyester fabric top- the best that money can buy. (8.3" x 7" x .2")

DO YOU HAVE SHIRTS OTHER THAN TEES? Yes. We sell tank tops, sleeveless mens shirts, ladies babydoll tees, and childrens t-shirts. For pricing, write us at shirtsbyjohnny@aol.com

DO YOU CARRY POCKET T-SHIRTS? Absolutely, but we only offer royal blue, gray, ash, black, white, and navy.

DO YOU OFFER PLUS SIZES? Yes- most colors are available up to 3X. Size 4X comes in ash gray, black, slate blue, maroon, navy, orange, red, sand, gray, and white. Size 5X is available in ash gray, black, slate blue, navy, red, gray, and white. Add $2. for plus-size shirts, and shipping costs will vary.

DO THE SHIRTS REQUIRE SPECIAL LAUNDERING CARE? To help ensure that your shirt lasts for years, we recommend you wash it inside out, do not use fabric softener, and do not iron or dry clean. That's it!

WHAT ABOUT FAMILY TEES LIKE REUNIONS, MEMORIALS, OR SHIRTS WITH A FAMILY PHOTO? These are VERY popular at TshirtsByJohnny. Just email us with your family member photo (preferably 4x6 or larger) and we'll take it from there.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY? We offer a one-week exchange policy whereas we will send you the exact same shirt to replace one that may be faulty. We have been in business for years, and have only had it happen twice- but if you receive a shirt that has a faulty defect, we will certainly make it right- your OVER-satisfaction is our goal!

WAL*MART SHIRT FAQs

DOES THE SHIRT HAVE TO BE NAVY? No. To keep in synch with Wal*Mart policy, all shirts will be navy UNLESS you specify otherwise. Simply e-mail us or make a note with your PayPal payment and we will send any color shirt you want.

WHAT ABOUT THE 'CART CREW' AND 'LAWN & GARDEN' SHIRTS? Unless you instruct us otherwise, 'Cart Crew' shirts will be orange and 'Lawn & Garden' shirts will be dark green.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE THE DEPARTMENT I WANT? / I WORK IN THREE DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS. NOT a problem. We design the transfers ourselves, so literally anything goes. We can remove the dept. name and add/combine any photos, design your own idea, anything. Just tell us what you want.
